A delegation from the Ministry of Public Health and Population Visiting UST Hospital

A delegation from the Ministry of Public Health and Population consisting of those officials of the supervision of epidemic diseases and infectious diseases from all governorates of Yemen visited University of Science and Technology Hospital visited. The visit was part of the selection of the University of Science and Technology Hospital as the best hospital in the Republic to implement infection control policies. It was also aimed at studying and treating the policy of isolation and management of medical waste. they were received by the Infection Control Officer - Zayed Al Bader . During the visit, Dr. Khalid Al-Shaibani, Director of Epidemiology at the Ministry of Health, expressed thanks to the hospital administration represented by Mr. Fahmi Al-Hakimi for the good reception and approval of the visit. The delegation also expressed admiration for the infection control policies and standards applied in the hospital.
